About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Team Leader to coach, support and develop a high‑performing sales team in Singapore. This on‑site, full‑time position offers the chance to take ownership of team performance while receiving comprehensive leadership training.
Key responsibilities
- Coach and support team members to improve their sales skills.
- Help the team achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Lead by example, communicating confidently with both the team and customers.
- Take ownership of overall team performance and results.
- Identify and develop new leaders within the team.
