Salesperson – Full‑time On‑site Role in Singapore

About the role

The Salesperson will join Aura.sg’s dynamic team in Singapore, working full‑time on‑site to drive revenue growth. You will engage both new and existing customers, showcase the company’s products or services, and build lasting relationships that support the company’s high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities through prospecting, meetings and follow‑ups.
• Present product or service offerings to potential and existing customers.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Prepare basic sales reports and track pipeline progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues to refine sales strategies and improve performance.
• Represent Aura.sg professionally and deliver excellent customer service.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with active listening and clear presentation skills.
• Sales and negotiation talent focused on lead generation, pipeline management and closing deals.
• Customer‑service mindset, able to build trust and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Basic business and numeracy understanding for pricing, targets and simple reporting.
• High motivation, resilience and adaptability in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Ability to work on‑site in Singapore and collaborate effectively with the team.
• Prior experience in sales, retail or customer‑facing roles is an advantage.
• Minimum secondary education; a diploma or degree in business, marketing or a related field is beneficial.
