Senior Accountant, Controllership, Finance

About the role

Google is looking for a senior accountant to lead controllership and finance activities in Singapore. You will own end‑to‑end accounting processes, ensure compliance with statutory and tax regulations, and partner with global teams to drive financial excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on financial and accounting matters in line with US GAAP, IFRS and local regulations.
• Prepare, analyse and interpret financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors and regulators.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide strategic insights and support business initiatives across Google products.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• CPA or CA qualification.
• Minimum 7 years of accounting experience (or 5 years with an advanced degree).
• Work rights in Singapore.
