About the role
We are seeking a Senior Architect to lead design projects from concept through execution. The role involves close collaboration with directors, associates, clients and contractors to deliver innovative interior and architectural solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Interpret and execute project instructions from associates or directors.
- Meet with clients to capture objectives and requirements.
- Communicate design intent and updates to clients and internal teams.
- Prepare presentation decks for client review.
- Produce detailed drawings and documentation for authority submissions.
- Create tender drawings and documents for contractor quotations.
- Evaluate contractor bids and manage construction contracts.
- Oversee project schedules and track deliverables across all parties.
Required profile
- Relevant degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Minimum six years of experience in architectural practice.
- Familiarity with local FF&E trades.
- Strong creative and communication abilities.
- Passion for thoughtful design.
- Eligibility to work in Singapore (Singaporean or PR).
