About the role
We are looking for a Senior Architectural Assistant to support our architects in all phases of design and project administration. You will contribute to concept development, schematic design, and the preparation of construction documents for submission to authorities and contractors.
Key responsibilities
- Assist architects in concept and schematic design, including research, visualisation, and presentation.
- Develop design documentation and produce drawings for authority submission and contractor procurement.
- Coordinate the submission and obtain approvals from relevant authorities under supervision.
- Support the administration of construction projects through to completion.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of architectural experience in Singapore or Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive and hardworking attitude.
- Strong command of English.
Required skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of SketchUp and Revit (strong advantage).
