Senior Business Development Manager, ASEAN

About the role

Euromonitor is looking for a commercially driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead new‑logo acquisition across the ASEAN region from its Singapore office. This hunter‑focused position will expand the company’s footprint by targeting senior decision‑makers in a variety of industries and positioning Euromonitor’s market intelligence, consumer insights, and consulting services as essential growth enablers.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end new business acquisition across ASEAN and exceed individual revenue targets.
• Develop and execute territory plans, prospecting strategies and account‑penetration tactics.
• Build a robust pipeline through networking, referrals, market mapping and industry engagement.
• Establish and nurture relationships with C‑suite executives and key stakeholders.
• Lead consultative sales cycles, from qualification to proposal, negotiation and contract closure.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting and activity reporting.
• Collaborate with Consulting, Research, Customer Success and Marketing teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

Required profile

• Proven track record of winning new business and consistently surpassing sales targets.
• Strong hunter mentality with the ability to create and own a sales territory.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with senior executives.
