Senior Designer

About the role

LABBRAND is seeking a Senior Designer to join its Singapore office. You will shape integrated brand design solutions that are strategic, culturally relevant, and aligned with client business objectives across identity, communication, digital, packaging and environmental design.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation of visual brand concepts and ensure high‑quality deliverables before client hand‑over.
• Collaborate with Design Leads, cross‑disciplinary teams and other departments to develop comprehensive branding journeys.
• Participate in design process meetings, client briefings and presentations, translating client needs into impactful design outcomes.
• Support Business and Account Management in activating existing clients and acquiring new ones.
• Assist the Managing Director APAC and strategy teams to enhance client loyalty and long‑term design accounts.

Required profile

• Senior‑level design professional with a strong sense of accountability, integrity and results‑orientation.
• Ability to become a brand expert, staying up‑to‑date with the latest branding trends and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and convey design rationale.
