Senior DevOps Engineer (Singapore)

About the role

Thales is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, automate, integrate and deploy mission‑critical digital platforms across sovereign cloud, on‑premises and hybrid environments. You will collaborate with solution architects, software engineers and cybersecurity teams to deliver secure, scalable and highly automated solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable integration and deployment solutions for distributed systems.
• Define, maintain and optimise CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, release and deployment workflows.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation scripts and reusable deployment tooling.
• Integrate software subsystems, middleware, APIs, messaging systems and third‑party platforms.
• Configure and support development, QA, UAT and production environments ensuring consistency and reproducibility.
• Implement monitoring, logging, observability, backup and operational readiness best practices.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to embed security controls, secrets management and compliance into pipelines.
• Troubleshoot complex deployment and infrastructure issues across distributed environments.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in DevOps, platform engineering or related fields.
• Proven ability to work closely with solution architects, software, infrastructure and security teams.
• Strong problem‑solving skills for complex integration and deployment challenges.
