Senior Engineer, Analog/Mixed-Signal Design

About the role

STMicroelectronics is seeking a Senior Engineer specialized in analog and mixed‑signal design to join its Analog IC Design team in Singapore. You will contribute to the development of next‑generation mixed‑signal products such as touch controllers, ambient light sensors and image sensors.

Key responsibilities

• Design analog IP blocks to meet performance specifications.
• Minimize redesign risk to keep projects on schedule and maintain quality.
• Verify analog IP designs and define corrective actions when needed.
• Supervise the layout implementation phase and ensure compliance with analog layout rules.
• Support silicon validation activities and troubleshoot design issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Microelectronics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of academic or industry experience designing full‑custom analog ICs in CMOS technology.
• Solid knowledge of analog layout techniques.
• Strong analytical skills and self‑motivation.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.

Required skills

• Analog IP design in CMOS.
• Analog layout expertise.
• Verification of analog designs.
• Experience with CMOS operational amplifiers, low‑noise amplifiers, charge pumps, LDOs, DACs, ADCs and oscillators (preferred).
• Ultra‑low‑power design techniques (preferred).
