Senior Executive, Grant Support

About the role

The Air Traffic Management Research Institute (ATMRI) at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, was set up in 2013 through a collaboration between NTU and the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS). It conducts research in air traffic management to support Singapore's position as a leading air hub and drive innovation in the Asia-Pacific region. This Senior Executive, Grant Support position is based at the NTU Main Campus.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee manpower planning and administration through RISE, including approvals, budget checks, expenditure monitoring and reporting.
• Lead finance functions and ensure timely reporting.
• Act as the point of contact for finance and operational matters with research teams, institutional offices and external partners.
• Oversee the planning and execution of events, meetings, visits and institute-wide activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Communications, Public Policy or a related discipline.
• 6-8 years of relevant experience in project administration and programme coordination.
• Experience in higher education, research administration or public-sector programmes preferred.
• Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects at once.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Required skills

• Familiarity with project management tools.
• Familiarity with the MS Office suite.
