Senior Full Stack Developer - Motor Digital Transformation

About the role

A team is redesigning the motoring experience, aiming for effortless transactions and thoughtful touchpoints. As Senior Developer, Full Stack, you will help reinvent the One Motoring platform by building new capabilities such as real-time billing, personalised dashboards and intuitive user flows. You will work across the stack, from clean frontend components to robust backend systems, within a tight-knit software team.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain frontend and backend, writing well-structured, maintainable and testable code.
• Collaborate with developers to build, test and ship features, keeping documentation and code modular.
• Help configure development environments, CI/CD pipelines, code versioning and staging cloud infrastructure.
• Write unit and integration tests, take part in code reviews and debug issues across environments.
• Work with product managers and designers to refine designs and adapt to changing user needs.

Required profile

• At least 4 years of experience building full-stack web applications, with a strong track record of shipping them.
• Familiarity with frontend and backend languages, including JavaScript, Python, HTML and UI libraries such as Angular Material and Prime.
• Experience configuring and deploying to cloud platforms, including instances, storage and connectivity; cloud certification and Government Commercial Cloud experience are an advantage.
• Strong command of Git workflows and automated testing (e.g. Selenium, Playwright).
• Experience with AI development tools (e.g. Copilot, Cursor) and comfort in a fast-paced, startup-like setting.
