Senior IT Infrastructure & Systems Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a versatile Senior IT Infrastructure & Systems Support Specialist to manage our data centre, AI compute environment and end‑user IT services in Singapore. The role combines advanced server administration with hands‑on technical support for power users and general staff.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, configure and maintain Linux, Windows Server and NVIDIA GPU/AI compute nodes, including OS deployment, kernel/cluster updates, hypervisor management and performance tuning.
• Oversee data‑centre physical safety, rack setup, power and cooling distribution, cabling and preventative servicing.
• Execute backup, disaster‑recovery, server health monitoring and storage capacity planning.
• Manage local network infrastructure, firewalls, Wi‑Fi, VPN, subnets and security protocols.
• Handle IAM, Active Directory/LDAP and enforce least‑privilege access controls.
• Implement physical security, vulnerability management, patch enforcement, DLP and endpoint defense solutions.
• Provide primary system administration and technical support for developers, infrastructure users and general staff.
• Administer Google Workspace, SaaS applications and automated user provisioning.
• Manage MDM tools (Jamf) to deploy, patch and secure macOS, Windows and Linux endpoints.
• Maintain office IT equipment, AV systems, Zoom Rooms and coordinate IT logistics for events and onboarding.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Technology or related field.
• 5+ years of combined experience in system administration, data‑centre operations and user support.
• Hands‑on expertise with Linux (Ubuntu), Windows Server and NVIDIA GPU server environments.
• Strong background in network administration, firewalls, VPN and Wi‑Fi.
• Proven vendor management, hardware procurement and servicing schedule experience.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
