About the role

The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition – APJ will lead data‑driven talent strategies for the Asia‑Pacific region, partnering with senior business leaders to anticipate hiring needs and build robust pipelines for growth roles. Based in Singapore, this role reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition for India and APJ.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of APJ business dynamics and align talent strategies with regional priorities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing data‑backed insights to influence hiring decisions.
• Design and execute multi‑channel sourcing strategies to build diverse pipelines for critical and future roles.
• Lead quarterly talent acquisition planning, set clear goals, and track execution across the team.
• Own and monitor effectiveness metrics, using data to drive continuous improvement.
• Inspire, coach, and manage a high‑performing TA team, fostering an inclusive, feedback‑rich culture.
• Promote a growth mindset, encouraging innovation and experimentation within the team.

Required profile

• 15+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, with at least 5 years in people‑management roles.
• Deep specialization in sales and services recruitment within technology companies.
• Proven ability to translate business strategy into talent strategy.
• Strong commercial acumen and data‑driven decision‑making.
