Talent Acquisition Partner – Local Services (Singapore)

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner for TikTok’s Local Services team in Singapore, you will design and execute recruiting strategies to attract top‑tier, diverse talent for a fast‑growing O2O and commerce business. You will work directly with senior business leaders to drive hiring initiatives that support the team’s ambitious growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a variety of Local Services roles, from job description creation and passive sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand talent needs, provide market insights and develop tailored hiring plans.
• Use recruitment data and market trends to support workforce planning, identify future talent gaps and build a robust talent pipeline.
• Drive continuous improvements in recruitment processes, systems and candidate experience.
• Identify, attract and close high‑caliber candidates at all levels, consistently meeting hiring targets.
• Act as an employer‑brand champion, helping interviewers convey TikTok’s culture and the mission of Local Services.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, with a proven record of hiring for Sales and Marketing roles.
• Experience leading recruitment process optimizations and policy improvements.
• Strong ability to leverage market data and metrics to enhance recruitment efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Preferred experience recruiting in a fast‑paced, high‑growth technology company, especially within Local Services, e‑commerce or related domains.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
