Senior Sales Associate – Personal Loan & Merchant Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Associate to drive personal loan sales and merchant acquisition in Singapore. You will lead both telesales and field sales activities, supporting the bank’s cross‑sell and up‑sell initiatives while serving as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies, including telesales and outdoor sales.
• Support bank cross‑sell and up‑sell initiatives and act as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
• Conduct regular client meetings to understand challenges, gather feedback, and provide tailored recommendations.
• Achieve and exceed monthly individual sales targets and ensure timely loan account tagging.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to enhance client value.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities, offering insights and recommendations.
• Assist newcomers with on‑the‑job training and attachment.
• Maintain compliance with regulator guidelines and relevant lending laws.

Required profile

• GCE O Level or higher.
• Prior experience promoting unsecured loans within a financial institution is an advantage.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage client relationships.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in the lending industry.
