Senior Software Engineer – Google Pay Ads

About the role

Google is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the Google Pay Ads team. You will work on a Flutter codebase delivering Android and iOS experiences to GPay users while improving ad and voucher serving systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Flutter (Dart) applications for Android and iOS.
• Understand and enhance the ad and voucher serving system built with Java/C++.
• Collaborate on ads logging, machine‑learning pipelines and their optimisation for publishers.
• Design, build and monitor data infrastructure, pipelines and visualisations.
• Contribute to software design, architecture and testing across the full stack.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of full‑stack development (backend Java, Python, Golang or C++ and frontend JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS).
• 3+ years of experience testing, maintaining or launching software products.
• 1+ year of experience in software design, architecture and data‑infrastructure solutions.
