Senior Specialist - Kit Management

About the role

Stryker is looking for a Senior Specialist in Kit Management in Singapore. Acting as the Planning & Readiness control tower, you partner closely with the 3PL through regular onsite presence to ensure smooth kit operations, visibility of kit availability and dependencies, and timely resolution of operational issues. You own long- and short-term instrument kit planning and the day-to-day management of implant kits, using data and insights to improve kit room processes, customer satisfaction and investment efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Material management: CER process, kit build and kit inventory, working with customers, 3PL, commercial and internal teams; identify incomplete sets and place orders; keep inventory accurate through ERP/OMS data management and regular cycle counts
• Order management and customer service: manage case booking with the 3PL, act as first contact for booking issues, keep communication with Stryker sales and customers, and ensure on-time deliveries
• Consignment stock management: track short-term kit aging, expedite returns, ensure long-term consignment stock-taking complies with corporate policy, report consignment KPIs such as kit turn and inventory turnover, and hold regular meetings on CER purchasing and kit return/redeployment
• Kit optimization: run the weekly kit readiness review with 3PL and Sales, reporting daily/weekly status, top constraints, aged gaps and actions
• Continuous improvement: maintain standardized trackers and SOPs, ensure clear handoffs between 3PL, supply chain, finance and sales, and propose process improvements and automation based on onsite observations

Required profile

• Degree preferably in Logistics, Bio-medical engineering or similar
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in planning, inventory, warehouse/3PL operations, kit management or order coordination
• Good understanding of inventory, BOM/kit concepts, lot/expiry control and cross-functional planning dependencies
• Self-starter who can work independently and adjust priorities and onsite schedule as business conditions change
• Able to travel regularly across Stryker and warehouse locations, typically 2 days per week onsite at the warehouse

Required skills

• Strong Excel skills and comfort with daily operational trackers, ERP extracts and inventory data
• JDE/SAP experience preferred
