Senior Specialist, Regional Product Management, Loyalty Offers

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Specialist to lead regional product management for its Loyalty Offers portfolio across the Asia‑Pacific region. You will act as the bridge between global, regional and local teams, ensuring that Mastercard Travel Rewards (MTR) and Card Linked Services (CLS) are commercially compelling, operationally sound, and consistently delivered.

Key responsibilities

• Support AP country teams in growing Offers products, aligning with regional revenue objectives.
• Develop and maintain go‑to‑market toolkits, issuer‑facing materials, pricing guidance and best‑practice playbooks.
• Partner with country teams during issuer engagements to shape opportunities and solutions.
• Collaborate with Delivery, Solution Engineering and Project Management to ensure smooth, timely implementations.
• Localize global product strategy, identify country‑specific regulatory and privacy requirements, and translate them into actionable market plans.
• Work closely with global product, engineering, solution engineering and customer success teams to ensure seamless product rollout.

Required profile

• Proven experience in regional product commercialization and issuer enablement within the payments or loyalty space.
• Strong understanding of cross‑border loyalty programs, data‑driven engagement solutions, and financial services regulations.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to coordinate across global, regional and local teams.
