Assistant Relationship Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager to support high‑value institutional, corporate and VIP clients. You will help deliver a responsive and seamless experience by preparing client materials, managing documentation and maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities

• Manage institutional, corporate and VIP client relationships.
• Oversee trade bookings, settlements and execute client trades promptly.
• Ensure timely completion of onboarding and KYC reviews.
• Coordinate follow‑ups, schedule meetings and maintain effective client communication.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or related field (preferred).
• 1‑3 years experience in priority or private banking.
• Passion for blockchain, fintech and digital assets.
• Strong interest in client service and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English.

Required skills

• Understanding of financial products and strategies.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain or fintech domains is an advantage.
