About the role

Join Restaurant Zén, the sister venue of the 3‑Michelin‑star Frantzén in Stockholm, as a Service Captain. Based in a restored heritage shophouse in Singapore, you will help orchestrate a seamless, high‑touch dining experience across three levels, blending Nordic precision with Asian nuance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver warm, refined, and consistent service throughout every stage of the guest journey.
• Guide and support junior front‑of‑house team members, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional standards.
• Act as an ambassador for the Zén experience, mastering the tasting menu, beverage pairings, and restaurant philosophy.
• Anticipate guest needs and personalize interactions with timing, care, and professionalism.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and service teams to guarantee clear communication and flawless execution.
• Participate actively in pre‑service briefings, training sessions, and feedback loops that foster team growth.

Required profile

• Guest‑centric mindset with a passion for memorable dining experiences.
• 1–2 years of experience in fine‑dining or high‑end hospitality; Michelin or equivalent background is a strong advantage.
• Clear communicator who leads by example and supports junior staff in real time.
• Strong interest in food, wine, and hospitality with a willingness to learn and share stories behind dishes and drinks.
• Positive, adaptable team player with a collaborative spirit.
