Service Crew – Restaurant

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Service Crew members to join our Udon Shin restaurant in Singapore. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless dining experience in our open‑kitchen concept.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, escort them to tables and set up tables efficiently.
• Take accurate orders, communicate them to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery.
• Handle reservations and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Serve food and beverages, collect payments and perform cashier duties as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and adhere to food hygiene and safety standards, including SFA regulations.
• Follow operational SOPs to support smooth restaurant operations.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the menu to provide excellent service.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Previous experience in food and beverage service.
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm for customer service and a friendly demeanor.
• Energetic, cheerful and able to contribute to a lively restaurant atmosphere.
