Service Executive – Fine Dining Restaurant

About the role

Join Loca Niru, a fine‑dining concept that blends Japanese and French culinary artistry, as a Service Executive. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable dining experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, escort them to their tables and set up tables efficiently.
• Take accurate orders, communicate with the kitchen, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Handle reservations, respond promptly to customer inquiries, and manage payment and cashiering duties when required.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area in line with SOPs and food safety regulations.
• Follow operational procedures consistently to support smooth restaurant operations.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the menu and products to provide excellent service.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of relevant experience, preferably in fine‑dining environments.
• Experience in a pre‑opening team is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of food (relevant cuisine) and beverages.
• Flexibility to work shifts, split shifts, weekends and public holidays.
