ServiceNow Solution Architect

About the role

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead enterprise‑wide digital transformation initiatives. The role blends deep technical expertise with strategic business insight to design, implement, and govern innovative ServiceNow solutions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the ServiceNow enterprise architecture vision, roadmap, and governance framework.
• Architect end‑to‑end solutions that incorporate AI/ML, hyper‑automation, Next Experience UI, mobile, and virtual agent capabilities.
• Design integration architectures using Integration Hub, Flow Designer, APIs, and the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
• Guide implementation teams on best practices, coding standards, and technical governance.
• Research emerging ServiceNow features, promote DevOps and Agile development practices, and conduct regular architecture assessments.

Required profile

• 14+ years of enterprise IT experience, including 7+ years focused on ServiceNow architecture.
• Proven leadership of at least two large‑scale ServiceNow implementations.
• Experience across multiple ServiceNow products such as Risk & Compliance, Customer Service Management, GRC, Strategic Portfolio Management, and Public Sector Digital Services.
• Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders and mentor teams.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and Now Platform App Engine.
• Expertise with Integration Hub, Flow Designer, Service Graph, CMDB, and CSDM.
• Proficiency in Now Intelligence, AI capabilities (Now Assist, NLU, Predictive Intelligence).
• Experience with Performance Analytics, Next Experience UI Framework, and mobile/virtual‑agent development.
• Strong scripting abilities (JavaScript) and familiarity with RPA Hub and Process Optimization.
