Site Clerk – Administrative Support for Construction Projects

About the role

The Site Clerk provides essential administrative support to construction project teams, ensuring smooth daily operations at the site. This role acts as the primary point of contact for public inquiries, stakeholder communication, and documentation of site activities.

Key responsibilities

• Handle general administrative tasks such as phone calls, filing, scanning, and maintaining up‑to‑date records.
• Support the project team with clerical duties and assist in arranging site inspections.
• Manage public inquiries, complaints, and feedback, including operating a hotline for community concerns.
• Draft and respond to feedback, queries, and official correspondence.
• Document and record defects, submitting both hard‑copy and online reports.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders living or working near the construction site.
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification.
• At least 2 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably within the construction industry.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong public relations and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
