About the role

The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the progress of construction projects, ensuring that work is carried out on schedule and meets the company's quality and contractual standards. This role involves coordinating with clients, subcontractors, consultants and authorities to achieve smooth execution.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor site progress against the established schedule.
• Lead the site construction team to ensure smooth execution of work.
• Ensure works meet quality standards and contractual requirements.
• Review and approve material requisitions.
• Execute overall scheduling and specific planning tasks.
• Design and implement progress and schedule control systems.
• Coordinate construction planning with clients, subcontractors, consultants and authorities.
• Maintain safe work procedures and environmental control measures on site.
• Ensure compliance with client, consultant and authority requirements.
• Carry out assignments delegated by management.

Required profile

• Diploma or Professional Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related construction field.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese for coordination with multilingual stakeholders.
• Preferably a manager specialized in civil, construction or structural engineering.
