Site Operations Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Site Operations Supervisor to lead and manage site teams delivering water services across Singapore. The role involves overseeing site surveys, coordinating pipe‑laying and urgent repair works, and ensuring strict compliance with job plans and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and confirm work start dates.
• Lead multiple site teams for pipe laying and urgent repairs at various locations.
• Handle minor public‑relations matters such as serving notices and responding to complaints.
• Monitor team performance, identify skill gaps and arrange training.
• Champion safe work practices and enforce safety rules on site.
• Collaborate with the Project Team to schedule work, deploy manpower and machinery, and optimise resource utilisation.
• Analyse performance issues, recommend efficiency improvements and cost reductions.

Required profile

• Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical Engineering, Construction or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in site operations, preferably in water services or civil engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of site work processes, including pipe laying and urgent repair operations.
• Good understanding of safety regulations and ability to enforce compliance.
