Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead and coordinate projects for a client’s property portfolio or large facility, acting as the primary liaison between the client, property management team, consultants and internal project staff. This role ensures all project deliverables, documentation and reporting meet client expectations and corporate standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior leadership in coordinating activities among consultants and stakeholders for assigned projects.
• Serve as the main point of contact for projects within the portfolio, overseeing all deliverables such as execution plans, cost plans, procurement documents, contracts, variation trackers, programmes, safety inspections and project reports.
• Maintain and publish project documentation in approved repositories, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.
• Monitor programme schedules, costs and deliverables, producing status reports that highlight milestones, risks, issues and financial performance.
• Attend and contribute to project control group meetings, design coordination sessions, client‑consultant meetings and site inspections.
• Ensure governance aligns with client requirements and support financial variance analysis.
• Inspect site progress, advise on best practices for scheduling, quality and safety, and proactively manage HSEQ risks.
• Assist in identifying new business opportunities and contribute to proposal development.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in managing complex construction or facility projects.
• Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Strong analytical skills for financial reporting and risk management.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and reporting.
