Construction Project Manager – High‑Rise Residential Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead large‑scale, high‑rise residential projects in Singapore. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle from planning through execution, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the client’s expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Overall project planning, scheduling and execution to meet time, budget and client expectations.
• Monitor progress, identify critical activities and expedite site works to meet targets.
• Coordinate internal resources and third‑party vendors, consultants and subcontractors for flawless project delivery.
• Ensure projects are executed according to approved plans, specifications, regulations and quality standards.
• Manage resource availability, allocation and detailed progress tracking.
• Control changes to scope, schedule and cost using verification techniques.
• Perform risk management to minimise project risks.
• Measure project performance with appropriate tools and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Oversee all construction site matters, including safety and regulatory compliance.
• Report to management and undertake any other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Building or equivalent recognised by the PE Board.
• At least 12 years of relevant experience with a contractor, including serving as Project Manager on residential projects.
• Successful delivery of at least one condominium project as Project Manager.
• Minimum 8 years managing design and construction of high‑rise buildings of similar scale.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong team player with ability to meet deadlines.
