Site Supervisor

About the role

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing construction activities on‑site, ensuring that all work is carried out safely, on schedule and in accordance with design specifications. This role acts as the primary link between the project team, subcontractors and on‑site personnel.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical and engineering support to the project team.
• Identify, assess and mitigate foreseeable risks related to the workplace and work processes.
• Implement and monitor safe work procedures to control risk.
• Liaise with Resident Technical Officer/Resident Engineer for site inspections.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to schedule and execute site works.
• Supervise structural, architectural and M&E works to ensure quality compliance.
• Troubleshoot site problems to maintain smooth progress.
• Arrange machinery, equipment and resources as required.
• Ensure all works follow construction drawings and specifications.
• Maintain site safety and health measures before and during construction.

Required profile

• Recognised diploma in Engineering, Building, Construction Management, Architecture or NCCS.
• Minimum of two years’ experience on building projects.
