Solution Architect (AI)

About the role

NCS is looking for an experienced Solution Architect specialized in AI to design and oversee end‑to‑end technology solutions that meet business objectives and technical constraints. You will act as a key technical leader, bridging business needs with execution while ensuring scalability, security, and cost‑effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into comprehensive solution architecture and design specifications.
• Define high‑level components, interfaces, and data flows across application, data, integration, and infrastructure domains.
• Design and implement advanced AI frameworks using LangChain, including document ingestion, chunking, embedding, indexing, and retrieval pipelines.
• Develop hybrid search architectures and integrate responsible AI principles into live systems.
• Evaluate technology options and recommend optimal tools, platforms, and approaches.
• Ensure solutions adhere to cybersecurity best practices, compliance requirements, and DevOps standards.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in solution architecture, preferably with AI or machine‑learning projects.
• Strong design skills across application, data, integration, and infrastructure layers.
• Proficiency with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud‑native services.
• Hands‑on experience with APIs, microservices, and integration patterns.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with modelling and documentation tools such as ArchiMate, Lucidchart, Draw.io, and UML.
