Store Manager

About the role

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all daily activities of a retail location, ensuring that sales targets are achieved and that customers receive excellent service. This role combines operational oversight with team leadership in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations and ensure sales goals are met.
• Direct employees in tasks such as customer service, inventory taking, cash reconciliation and in‑store marketing.
• Assign duties to appropriate staff members and monitor performance.
• Conduct hiring, onboarding and training of new employees.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Track and manage inventory levels and stock replenishment.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent, with extensive relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail or sales.
• Strong communication, sales, leadership, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory control.
• Familiarity with electronics products and retail point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Customer‑focused, adaptable team player willing to learn.
• Flexible availability to work weekends, holidays and varying shifts.
