Strategic Analytics & Insights Business Partner (Non-FMCG)

About the role

NielsenIQ's SA&I Commercial team is looking for a Strategic Analytics & Insights Business Partner (Non-FMCG) in Singapore. The role leads sales and renewals within an assigned portfolio, using consumer market research expertise to build a healthy pipeline, identify new revenue streams and strengthen client relationships. The primary focus is Financial Services and T&D, with possible expansion into a few new sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales and renewals for existing accounts in the Consumer Behaviour Insights + Brand (CBI+B) scope, securing pipeline, new revenue opportunities and accurate forecasts while maintaining customer relationships.
• Build a complete understanding of each customer's industry, business, markets and clusters.
• Partner with Customer Success and other teams (e.g. Retail Measurement, Retailer + Tech & Durables Account Leaders) to develop and execute account plans and joint business plans, and work with Customer Success to ensure client satisfaction.
• Collect, analyse, act on and escalate Voice of Customer feedback where appropriate.
• Expand the customer network to identify new budget holders.
• Escalate product needs and trends related to CBI+B products and solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 7-10+ years of experience working with non-FMCG sectors such as Financial Services, Tech, Telco and Automobile clients.
• Solid understanding of the consumer market intelligence industry, its business model and its products and services (Brand Health, Segmentation, Usage & Attitude studies, Shopper and Shopping Behavior, Customer Experience, Advertising Effectiveness).
• Experience in a consumer insights market research agency (current or previous) is an added advantage.
• Solid sales skills or developing sales expertise in the target scope.
• Understanding of market trends and their impact on customers.
