Jewelry Advisor (Bridal, Central Location)

About the role

A jewelry advisor position in Tanjong Pagar, Singapore, focused on bridal and engagement rings. The role combines client consultation with daily boutique operations, including order coordination with workshops in Japan. Working hours are 8-hour shifts, five days a week, with two rest days per week (Tuesday and Wednesday).

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalised consultation to clients, guiding them through the design and selection of engagement rings and wedding bands.
• Deliver exceptional customer service that reflects the brand's philosophy.
• Manage daily boutique operations: customer service, order coordination with Japanese workshops, product quality inspection, inventory management and display upkeep.
• Support new store opening activities, including training, workflow setup and brand onboarding.
• Take part in regular product and service training sessions.
• Help foster a positive, collaborative team environment.
• Assist with promotional events, wedding fairs and marketing activities when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, hospitality or customer service.
• Experience in jewellery, design consultation or new store openings is a plus.
• Willingness to attend overseas training if any is offered.

What we offer

• Salary up to SGD 4,000 per month depending on experience.
