Strategy and Performance Manager – Logistics

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic Logistics Strategy and Performance Manager to drive business performance and operational excellence across our logistics function. In this role, you will own the governance of key business priorities, including OKRs, KPIs, and strategic initiatives across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own governance of logistics performance across regional markets, managing OKRs and KPIs.
• Partner with regional and local stakeholders to review performance, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions.
• Lead PMO governance and cross‑functional planning for major peak events such as Ramadan, Eid, and seasonal demand spikes.
• Prepare executive presentations, performance reports and business reviews for senior leadership.
• Support strategic planning and business reviews to enhance logistics performance across markets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Economics or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, performance management, PMO, consulting or operations excellence, preferably in technology, e‑commerce, logistics or marketplace businesses.
• Proven experience managing business performance through KPIs, OKRs and governance frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into recommendations.
