Systems Analyst – Microsoft 365 & Automation

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Systems Analyst who will own the security, efficiency and automation of our Microsoft 365 E5 environment. The role combines cloud administration, endpoint management and IT service‑management to keep enterprise systems running smoothly and to drive continuous operational improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Microsoft 365 E5 services including Defender, Exchange Online, Entra ID and Intune; administer user identities, mailboxes, access controls and security configurations.
• Provide end‑user and endpoint support, handling device lifecycles, policy deployment, compliance monitoring and troubleshooting of laptops, desktops, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and standard software.
• Design, maintain and troubleshoot IT automation workflows, API/webhook integrations and operational pipelines; document scripts and change‑control records.
• Administer Freshservice ITSM platform – configure workflow rules, service catalog items, approval flows, SLAs and generate operational reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve infrastructure and application issues, and participate in after‑hours standby support for critical incidents.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Proven experience in corporate desktop support and end‑user troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 E5 administration and basic Identity & Access Management concepts.
