Tax Advisor, Data Centres

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Tax Advisor to join our rapidly expanding digital infrastructure organisation in Singapore. In this newly created position you will act as the strategic tax partner for global growth initiatives, providing expert guidance on complex transactions and cross‑border tax matters.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on M&A, new market entry, data centre development, joint ventures, financing and capital structures.
• Lead tax due diligence and design tax‑efficient acquisition, holding and exit structures.
• Provide guidance on international and cross‑border taxation, transfer pricing, withholding taxes, indirect taxes, tax incentives and Pillar Two requirements.
• Assess tax implications of major development and capital expenditure projects.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of corporate and international tax advisory experience, with initial training at a Big 4 firm.
• Proven expertise supporting M&A, investment structuring, joint ventures, financing or large capital projects.
• Experience in data centres, digital infrastructure, energy, real estate or other capital‑intensive sectors is a strong advantage.
• Deep knowledge of transfer pricing, tax treaties, withholding taxes, tax incentives, indirect taxation and emerging international tax developments.
• Ability to work across multiple Asian markets and navigate diverse tax regimes.
• Commercial mindset, commitment and a hands‑on approach.
