Technical Architect, M365 Suite

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint to guide clients through digital workplace transformation and early‑stage Microsoft Copilot adoption. The role involves advising senior stakeholders, designing scalable solutions and shaping the roadmap for AI‑enabled collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client engagements on Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online and digital workplace initiatives.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions using SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook and Office apps.
• Conduct workshops, discovery sessions and stakeholder discussions to identify productivity and collaboration opportunities.
• Provide advisory support on Microsoft Copilot readiness, governance, adoption and use‑case definition.
• Develop modernization roadmaps, ensure governance, security and compliance best practices, and deliver proofs of concept and presentations.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice capability development.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of IT consulting and solution delivery experience.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops with senior business and technical leaders.
• Ability to assess and plan Microsoft Copilot adoption.
