Senior Manager, Data & Analytics

About the role

The Senior Manager, Data & Analytics (Logistics) will lead a high‑performing analytics team delivering deep logistics insights across geography, fleet performance, delivery efficiency and cost optimisation. You will partner closely with Logistics and Service Operations to embed data‑driven decision‑making that supports rapid scaling and enhances customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, grow and mentor a team of analysts, providing hands‑on coaching to solve complex logistics problems.
• Partner with logistics leadership to translate business priorities into high‑impact analytical initiatives and shape the analytics roadmap.
• Design composite performance metrics and collaborate with Analytics Engineering and AI COE to build scalable, self‑serve AI data products.
• Champion operations research, causal impact quantification and decision science to unlock efficiency opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience, with 10+ years in analytics/data science.
• Proven impact in logistics, supply‑chain or operations analytics delivering measurable cost, efficiency and service improvements.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving cross‑functional alignment in fast‑paced environments.

Required skills

• Strong technical depth in SQL and Python.
• Experience with statistical modelling, A/B testing, causal inference, simulations, optimisation and ML‑based forecasting.
• Ability to build scalable data products using AI tooling.
