Technical Project Manager – DevSecOps

About the role

The Technical Project Manager – DevSecOps will lead the delivery of complex security initiatives, embedding security throughout the software development lifecycle. You will work closely with engineering, architecture, operations and procurement teams to ensure secure, on‑time, and on‑budget delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end delivery of a Secure SDLC, integrating security at every development stage.
• Define and manage project scope, objectives, tasks, resources, risks and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to align workflows with security deliverables.
• Govern project risks, change processes and budget adherence.
• Provide clear status updates, dashboards, progress reports and executive summaries.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in financial services or asset management.
• At least 3 years in project management roles with a strong technical background.
• Hands‑on experience with Secure SDLC, CI/CD pipelines and security gate integration.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
