Technical Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Hiring

About the role

Flagright is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join its lean, high‑performance team in Singapore. As the second hire in the recruiting function, you will partner directly with leadership to attract and hire talent that builds the product, serves customers, and expands the brand across target markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end full‑cycle hiring for engineering, product, design, and customer‑success roles.
• Design and execute outbound sourcing strategies, reaching candidates who aren’t actively looking.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on target profiles, interview scorecards, and process improvements.
• Maintain transparent communication with candidates, delivering fast decisions and detailed feedback.
• Manage pipeline data in Ashby and use insights to refine hiring practices.
• Contribute to employer branding and support global hiring across time zones.

Required profile

• Based in Singapore with the right to work and willing to work fully on‑site.
• 3+ years of experience recruiting technical talent, preferably in a startup or scale‑up environment.
• Proven outbound sourcing ability with concrete examples of hard‑to‑fill hires.
• Technical literacy sufficient to discuss engineering work and assess candidate quality.
• Resourceful, opinionated, and comfortable operating with high autonomy.
