Temporary Landscape Project Manager (1 Year)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead landscape projects for a 12‑month term. You will coordinate internal and external stakeholders, oversee design and construction phases, and ensure high‑quality maintenance standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Define project objectives, scope, deliverables and develop detailed plans, schedules, budgets and resource allocations.
• Prepare method statements, risk assessments and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate design, quotation, pre‑construction and contractor meetings; manage permits, entry permits and safety documentation.
• Supervise daily on‑site activities, monitor progress, control budgets and track milestones.
• Conduct inspections, manage testing & commissioning, handle punch‑list items and ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Close projects by delivering as‑built documents, training end‑users and documenting lessons learned.
• Develop and implement landscape and pest‑control maintenance plans, supervise routine upkeep and uphold aesthetic standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Environmental Science, Facilities Project Management or related field.
• Certified ISA Arborist or CPH Certified Practitioner horticulturist is a plus.
• 3‑5 years of experience managing contractors and large‑scale landscape projects, preferably in premium environments such as integrated resorts or hotels.
