UI/UX Designer – Operations Platform

About the role

We are seeking a passionate UI/UX Designer to join our collaborative design team in Singapore. You will shape intuitive experiences for a mission‑critical operations platform, turning complex backend workflows into seamless user interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver polished UI/UX for the core operations platform, web interfaces, and internal tools.
• Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align designs with user workflows and business goals.
• Explore and prototype innovative concepts while supporting ongoing feature development.
• Conduct user research and usability testing with internal or external users to validate ideas.
• Maintain high design quality through regular desk checks and close collaboration with engineers.
• Analyze usage data to identify pain points and drive continuous improvement.
• Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and design critiques.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proven ability to simplify complex, data‑heavy operational concepts into intuitive flows.
• Strong visual design skills; experience with motion design and micro‑interactions is a plus.
• Deep understanding of UX principles across web, mobile, and touch interfaces.
• User‑first, data‑driven mindset with solid communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with an appreciation for design systems and big‑picture strategy.
