About the role
We are seeking a talented UX Designer to shape the visual and interactive experience of our digital products. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in UI and visual design, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to translate user needs into intuitive interfaces.
Key responsibilities
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups using Figma.
- Develop and maintain components within an existing design system.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design consistency.
- Document design decisions and rationale for both design and non‑design audiences.
- Track design work and progress through Jira and Confluence.
Required profile
- Demonstrated experience in UI design, visual design, or a closely related role.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour, layout, and interface design patterns.
- Ability to communicate design concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience working in cross‑functional, product‑focused teams.
