Workforce Analytics & Management Specialist (Live & Monetization)

About the role

We are seeking a Workforce Analytics & Management Specialist to join our Live & Monetization team. The role combines data‑engineering, automation and real‑time monitoring to support the efficiency of content‑moderation operations worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Own, maintain and enhance Python/SQL pipelines that generate daily site‑efficiency and real‑time monitoring reports.
• Ensure data quality and report integrity by proactively identifying issues and fixing broken dependencies.
• Explore AI and automation tools to reduce manual effort, accelerate reporting and surface actionable insights.
• Collaborate with WFM and data‑engineering teams on code reviews, documentation and shared best practices.
• Build ad‑hoc analyses and data products that inform operational decisions across the Live & Monetization business.
• Participate in real‑time monitoring of moderation queues, generate status updates and incident reports for leadership during critical events.
• Manage efficiency performance for assigned moderation sites, tracking KPIs such as SLA, AHT, utilisation rate and productivity.
• Identify under‑performing sites early, conduct root‑cause analysis and work with cross‑functional partners to design improvement plans.

Required profile

• Experience in building and maintaining automated reporting pipelines.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent written communication for clear incident reporting and performance reviews.
