Account & Finance Executive

About the role

The Account & Finance Executive will support the finance function of Coldwear, a leading winter‑wear and travel‑accessories retailer in Singapore. This junior‑level position is responsible for end‑to‑end accounts payable, treasury operations and invoice financing activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments and cash movements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full accounts payable cycle: invoice verification, payment preparation, supplier reconciliations and scheduling.
• Process local and overseas payments, telegraphic transfers, inter‑company settlements and director loan repayments via banking platforms.
• Maintain AP records and post accounting entries in the ERP system.
• Execute daily banking and treasury tasks including fund transfers, foreign‑currency conversions, loan drawdowns/repayments and trust receipt settlements.
• Prepare short‑term cash‑flow forecasts and three‑month rolling cash‑flow projections.
• Coordinate with banks on financing facilities and documentation, and perform bank reconciliations.
• Support invoice financing by preparing and submitting applications through banking portals.

Required profile

• Junior Executive level.
• Based in Singapore.

• Proficiency with ERP systems for accounting entries.
• Experience using banking platforms for payments and treasury operations.
