Account Management Intern (Telco) – Jan to Jun 2027

About the role

NCS, an AI tech services company and subsidiary of the Singtel Group, is looking for an Account Management Intern to join its Telco+ business from January to June 2027. You will support strategic initiatives shaping the future of the telecommunications industry, working alongside the team on projects involving digital transformation, GenAI, 5G, cloud, cybersecurity and regional business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in strategic planning and business transformation initiatives, including GenAI initiatives, regional market expansion, business planning and digital transformation programmes.
• Research market trends, competitor activity, emerging technologies and industry developments such as 5G, AI, cloud, IoT, cybersecurity and enterprise connectivity.
• Collect, consolidate and analyse business, operational or market data, then present findings through reports, dashboards or executive summaries.
• Prepare presentation decks, briefing papers, business reports and leadership updates for strategy discussions, customer engagements and internal planning.
• Help evaluate new business ideas and GenAI use cases, and support research, documentation, progress tracking and coordination of innovation activities.
• Work with business, technical and project teams to coordinate meetings, follow up on action items and share updates among stakeholders.
• Maintain project plans, trackers, timelines and status reports, and help monitor deliverables and risks.
• Support customer and partner engagements and gain exposure to how NCS works with Singtel and other telecom partners.

Required profile

• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with an analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Proactive, organised and eager to learn, able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Curious about emerging technologies and digital transformation, and willing to take initiative.
• Familiarity with telecommunications, cloud, AI or cybersecurity is an advantage but not required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and presentation.
