Account Manager, Client Service

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager, Client Service to own and grow a portfolio of key agency accounts, ensuring long‑term partnerships and measurable business impact for The Trade Desk.

Key responsibilities

• Own and expand a roster of agency accounts, driving revenue growth through upselling and new solution pitches.
• Collaborate with Trading and Sales teams to onboard new customers and identify expansion opportunities.
• Become an expert on The Trade Desk platform, providing insights and training to clients on best practices and new features.
• Work with Product Management to define feature enhancements and contribute to the development of training and sales materials.
• Take accountability for client outcomes, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and achievement of performance targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4–5 years of online advertising experience, including at least 2 years in a client‑facing role.
• Proven track record of growing accounts by building strong relationships and recommending strategic solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to identify revenue opportunities and drive incremental business growth.

Required skills

• Experience with Real‑Time Bidding (RTB) platforms.
• Familiarity with Demand‑Side Platforms (DSPs).
