Account Manager – Diagnostics Imaging & Advanced Therapy

About the role

Join Siemens Healthineers as an Account Manager in Singapore, driving sales of Diagnostics Imaging, Advanced Therapy, and Digital Health solutions. You will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, managing key accounts, and supporting the growth of our healthcare portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts and deliver revenue targets.
• Handle tender and procurement processes, coordinating with commercial and legal teams on terms and conditions.
• Collaborate with project managers to align customer expectations and ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate with Customer Service to monitor service issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor accounts receivable to avoid overdue payments.
• Maintain an accurate and quality opportunity pipeline.
• Report market insights and feedback to sales managers.
• Capture win/loss data and keep customer/market intelligence up to date.
• Provide accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts.
• Act as the in‑house expert for assigned product lines and support junior sales staff.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for product lines and accounts, including MTA/MBR business planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare products and solutions within Singapore.
• Proven experience managing customer accounts in the healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of the diagnostic imaging market and Singapore healthcare landscape.
