About the role

Join LS F&B Services as a Catering Sales Executive and help drive business growth by identifying new catering opportunities and converting leads into profitable contracts. You will work within a fast‑paced, supportive sales team focused on delivering exceptional catering solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire and respond promptly to leads, tracking the sales pipeline to meet targets.
• Maintain and update the customer database with detailed records of all sales activities.
• Present tailored catering and wedding packages, menus, and services to prospective clients.
• Prepare accurate, customized quotations and proposals aligned with client budgets.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with potential and existing clients through regular communication.
• Oversee major client events at assigned venues to ensure seamless execution.
• Coordinate with operations and kitchen teams to communicate client requirements.
• Utilize CRM systems and MS Office applications to manage sales activities and documentation.

Required profile

• Fluent in Bahasa Melayu (spoken and written) to engage with local clients.
• Proactive, self‑motivated attitude with strong time‑management skills.
• Result‑oriented mindset focused on achieving sales targets.
