Account Manager – Enterprise & Mid-Market (Singapore)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Account Manager to join our Singapore office. You will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise and mid‑market clients, building strong relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client business needs and present appropriate Weaver solutions.
• Coordinate product demonstrations and support implementation together with technical teams.
• Monitor account health, identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, and prepare proposals.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and customer‑success teams to drive renewals and expansion.
• Track account performance, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and provide regular status updates and forecasts to internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven client relationship management and account development experience, preferably in SaaS, office automation or digital transformation.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills, comfortable engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities to interpret business processes and recommend solutions.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple accounts in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Professional proficiency in English; additional Asian or European languages are a plus.
• Experience working with APAC markets and multicultural teams is highly beneficial.
